Doina graduated from the Faculty of Law of the State University of Moldova. Currently, she is
taking the master’s degree in Civil Judicial Proceedings program at the Moldova State
University.

Doina is a Patent Attorney, representing national and international clients before the State
Agency of Intellectual Property. The profile activity is trademarks, industrial designs,
geographical indications, designations of origin, and traditional specialties guaranteed.

Additionally, Doina is specializing in national and international arbitration. She was actively
implied in the representation process in arbitral litigation of different complexity. At the
national level, Doina acts as a representative in civil and commercial cases at the pretrial stage,
as well as in the courts of justice. At the international level, she has experience in procedures
before the European Court of Human Rights. Also, Doina’s work includes consulting activities in
corporate law, FIDIC contracts, IT, and commercial transactions.

Doina is an active member of the Francophone Lawyers Association from the Republic of
Moldova. She is responsible for project writing and contributes to legal education, and
integration into the society of people with disabilities, vulnerable women, and immigrants.
